Start with a conversation about the site.
Whether it's a six-month project or a permanent installation, every deployment starts the same way: a short conversation about what you're responsible for and what you need to know about it. No obligation, no sales pipeline.

Before you ask.
Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. Fixed-term deployments start from six months, with install and removal included — ideal for a project with a defined end. If you later want to keep the sensors in place, a fixed term can convert to an ongoing installation without re-installing.
Do I need power or internet on site?
Usually not. Most sensors are battery or solar powered, and gateways can use cellular connections — so remote fields, riverbanks and unheated buildings are all fine. The survey confirms coverage before anything is installed.
Who owns the hardware and the data?
On fixed terms the hardware is rented; on permanent installs you can own or lease it. The data is yours in both cases — you can export it at any time, and we hand over a complete record at the end of any project.
What happens when a sensor fails or drifts?
Maintenance is built into every package. We monitor sensor health remotely — batteries, connectivity, implausible readings — and service or swap hardware on scheduled visits, or sooner if something needs attention.
Can alerts go to more than one person?
Yes. Thresholds and alert routing are set up during commissioning: different readings can notify different people, by email or SMS, with escalation if an alert isn't acknowledged.
